Racial + Inapropriate Talk

Well today in the party server in our voice server me sundown and heartless were in it playing some music.

I let sundown play at least 8 tracks minimum
But when i play one he starts raging and cursing me with racial and cussing.

I understand this is a clan to have some fun but the rules clearly state that no racial terms and respect (if i read it right)
And if u made rules for them not to be enforced why make rules?

So i kick him and he comes back again raging and cussing at me.
